The house has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with a king bed, a private guest suite with a king bed, kitchenette, and separate entrance, two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen features an island with seating for four, a dining room that seats eight, and an upper deck dining table with seating for five. Every room is equipped with a TV and Amazon Firestick for entertainment.
For convenience and reliability, the house is equipped with two washers and dryers, an 80KW backup generator, a 100 GPH water maker, and a 1,000-gallon backup water supply. High-speed internet is available via cable and Starlink Satellite. A property manager is available six days a week from 7 AM to 3 PM, and daily housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
A short boat ride away, Bottom Harbour offers the opportunity to swim with wild sea turtles and swing into a stunning lagoon. Other activities include bone fishing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding on the beach, and exploring Preacher’s Cave, the Blue Hole, or Pig Beach, where you can interact with friendly wild pigs. Boat and jet ski rentals are available by the hour, day, or week, and we’re happy to assist in making arrangements.
