The White House is a high-end luxury home with a separate guest cottage, offering an exceptional stay on Harbour Island. It can be rented as a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat for up to six guests or expanded to a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom rental for groups of up to ten. The listed price applies to the main house only, with an additional $500 per night for the guest cottage. If your party exceeds six guests, please request an updated quote. A single rate applies for Christmas and New Year, and the guest cottage is never rented separately. While there are minimum stay requirements, we strive to be flexible—so always feel free to ask. A $200 supplement applies for Sunday check-ins or check-outs.

The main house features three king ensuite bedrooms, while the guest cottage includes one king ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom with trundle beds. Additional sleeping arrangements can accommodate two more guests, though space may be limited.

Arrive in style by boat and dock at your private slip, just 100 feet from the water's edge. If you plan to arrive by private boat, please inquire about dockage fees. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, a generator, reverse osmosis water system, cable, high-speed WiFi, and daily maid service. Each bedroom also includes a personal safe for added convenience.
