This three-level property features two upstairs bedrooms with ocean views that share a bathroom with a bathtub and hand shower. On the lower level, two detached bedrooms offer partial ocean views, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and added privacy. The main floor includes another full bathroom with a shower, a separate powder room, and an outdoor shower with warm water on the northeast deck. The home is fully equipped with central AC, a generator, a grill, beach chairs, and chaises. Daily maid service, laundry, and amenities are included, with additional services available upon request.

A newly completed pool for 2024 adds to the luxurious experience (aerial photos were taken before construction). Due to the pool and bedroom layout, this property is not recommended for families with children under 13. An executed contract is required for all rentals, and reservations are not valid until the contract is signed and received by the owner.
