After exiting North Eleuthera Airport’s small terminal, visitors can quickly hop into a taxi and head to the main dock, where Boat Taxis to Harbour Island await.

Those boats have on average from 15 to 20 seats and run the whole day up to the advanced night. They are being used by locals working in Harbour island and by visitors.

During high season visitors will catch a boat taxi pretty easily, during low season they may have to wait a little longer before the boat leaves. In high season boat taxis will want to fill up their vessel, during low seasons they may depart with 6 guests or so. Boats taxis can be chartered to cross the bay; the price will be between $ 40 to $ 60.

The cost per person to go to the main dock is $ 5, if they want to be dropped at another marina such as Valentine, Romora Bay or Brilland Marina they will charge $6 per person. Boat taxis can also drop you at your vacation rentals located on the bay side if they have a dock.
