The large, fenced yard offers plenty of space for kids to play outdoors. The home is nestled among four towering banyan trees that provide natural shade and keep the interior cool. A powerful AC unit is installed in the living and dining area, with an additional unit in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans are also available in every bedroom and the living room for extra comfort.
