This three-bedroom, three-bath beach house is set on a large property surrounded by swaying palms and lush greenery. It offers an outdoor kitchen and bar, a cozy fire pit area, and a sparkling heated pool. The fully fenced grounds provide complete privacy, creating the perfect tropical retreat. Located just a block from Valentine’s Marina at the corner of Dunmore and South Streets, Fig Tree is a short golf cart ride over the dunes at Juicy Hill to the nearest beach access. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided for guest use.

Fig Tree accommodates up to eight adults, with the option to host up to ten guests if two or more are children. Additional guests beyond eight are subject to a nightly fee. The master suite features a king bed with an en-suite full bath, the guest suite offers another king bed with an en-suite bath, and the “kids” suite includes two queen beds, a daybed with a trundle, and its own en-suite bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, gas range, oven, wine cooler, beverage cooler, dishwasher, and a conventional coffee maker, along with all essential cooking tools and an outdoor gas BBQ grill. The living room is designed for comfort, with seating for ten, a wood-burning fireplace, a TV with cable and Amazon Firestick, a Sonos sound system, a fully stocked dry bar, and a selection of board games, puzzles, and playing cards. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide seating for ten.

The pool area is a private oasis with loungers, umbrellas, pool floats, a dining table, an outdoor bar, and a Sonos sound system. Outdoor recreational amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, beach coolers, a bocce ball set, sand toys, shovels, and boogie boards. Connectivity is seamless, with WiFi access points in every room and by the pool, as well as a Sonos sound system indoors and outside on the patio and pool deck.

Additional amenities include air conditioning with mini-split systems in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen/dining area, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Housekeeping services are available six days a week for two hours per day, and the property is maintained by a full-time gardener, pool technician, and a dedicated property manager to ensure an exceptional stay at Fig Tree.
